The Longqiao Road production preparation workshop of SAIC General Motors integrates automotive parts and the entire vehicle, with a total storage area of 119800 square meters, including 31100 square meters of automated operation area, with an automation rate of 28.7%. This project includes 5 models of 40JPH. In the traditional logistics environment of "receiving, sending, and storing", a "three horizontal and two vertical" conveyor line has been established through reasonable planning of delivery routes, receiving berths, and factory layout. The storage requirements for multiple models are met through classified three-dimensional warehouses (large, small, engine, gearbox, etc.). The first use of the concept of sorting "line edge warehouse" has improved the efficiency and usage area of robot sorting.
Hongdi shoes and clothing omnichannel warehouse: The total area of the Shanghai DC warehouse is 25000 square meters, supporting online and offline multi-channel, multi-platform warehousing and distribution.
SKECH China Logistics Center: SKECH China Logistics Center is the fourth regional warehousing and distribution center in the world. The first phase of the project mainly consists of three warehouses, one sorting center, and one office building.
